My Tummi is a food tracking and wellness application and is not HIPAA compliant. We do not use HIPAA-compliant protocols for data transmission, storage, or processing. Information you provide through My Tummi is not treated as protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA. If you require HIPAA-compliant health data management, please use a HIPAA-compliant service.

You can update profile information in the app and request account deletion through the account settings screen.
